What if i need my order by a specific date?
If you need your order by a specific date, please place it at least two weeks in advance to allow for processing and possible delays. For urgent orders, we recommend purchasing in-stock (hair on hand) items
How long does order process take?
Online card payments take up to 2 business days to process. Once payment is received, your order is officially placed.
How long does it take for my order to be processed?
Website orders may take 4-5 business days to be processed before shipping.
What days do you ship orders?
We ship business days only. Orders placed on Friday may ship the following Monday
How long does shipping take?
Shipping takes approximately 3-5 business days after your order has been completed.
How long does it take to make my wig?
-Natural color wigs :2-3 business days
-Colored wigs: 3-4 business days
What is the return policy?
Returns are accepted within 1–3 days of delivery only if the error was on our end. We will make every effort to resolve the issue. Only wigs wearing our official logo are eligible for return.
